Order-No. 120-2113 Bioscrypt V-Prox Reader (HID compatible)

The V-Prox finger print reader for use with HID cards. The V-Prox makes

it possible to add the security of fingerprint verification to any HID reader

that is capable of providing Wiegand communication in an industry

standard format. Organizations with keypads, bar code readers, and

proximity card readers can now add fingerprint verification to their existing

systems without replacing the existing reader infrastructure.

The RS422 to RS485 Converter facilitates communication and connection

across these two different style ports.

Order-No. 120-2111 Bioscrypt V-Smart Reader

V-Smart™ is a two-in-one solution that combines a biometric device and

smart card reader for access control. It uses standard MIFARE contactless

smart card technology and allows for proprietary Wiegand communication

formats up to 64 bit. V-Smart is ideal for installations that require multiple

sites because the fingerprint template is stored on the card creating a

"portable database". This also eliminates the need for redundant wiring for

biometric template management.

The V-Flex is the strong user authentication solution for forward thinking

organizations that require heightened security for their existing access

control systems. The V-Flex makes it possible to add the security of

fingerprint verification to any reader that is capable of providing Wiegand

communication in an industry standard format. Organizations with keypads,

bar code readers, and proximity card readers can now add fingerprint

verification to their existing systems without replacing the existing reader

infrastructure.

The V-Pass™ is the ultimate biometric reader for physical access control

installations. The modern reader eliminates the need for pins, keys or

cards to gain access to secure areas. To gain access, the user simply

places their finger on the reader and in less than one second the V-Pass

confirms or denies access based on a database of fingerprints from

authorized users. The V-Pass™ performs enrollment, identification and

template storage for 200 fingerprints all within a small ergonomic case.
